"The room and bathroom were neat and clean. Very near to the main road. Breakfast was good. However, there was no lift to the second floor. The water heater was not working in the morning. We had planned to start early, but we couldn't. Despite repeated calls, the issue was not rectified until we checked out.

“I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s not worth the money. The toilet doors were broken, water taps didn’t work properly, and there were leakage issues. Basic amenities like bath towels, toothpaste, and toothbrush were missing. It felt like they assign old, poorly maintained rooms to online customers. Overall, I’m very disappointed with this booking.”

Overall good experience, but the staffs did not cooperated as breakfast was complementary but they refused to provide us without any charges. But the cleaning and maintainance was good.

The kettle didn't work, power sockets didn't work. Mainly the toilet lock was damaged and they said that the morning buffet is at 8:00 but there is only bread at 8:00. Overall the food was average.

Very nice hotel. 6 km from munnar center. Situated at a scenic place. Very clean and well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent restaurant but only for breakfast and dinner. Have parking space. Only negative is don't have elevator

Room - neat and clean; location - near by view point and it takes 10 mins to travel to munnar town; food - excellent break fast and dinner food will be available till 9:30 pm (additional cost; network - only bsnl and jio. Wi-fi - good wifi connection. Room - spacious to stay with family. Has sofa and cupboard. Hot water - yes; small water jug; electric kettle; reception- polite and handled customer smoothly. They gave much spacious room than we booked without any additional cost; plug point- not working; tv - tata sky was not activated till we checkout from hotel even though we requested multiple times; safety- yes; parking - available for cars and vans; no rooms for drivers; but has rest room facilities; they gave bedsheet for them. Overall we are recommending this hotel for family stay.

Once reached property, realized the room is very small and not fit for 2 adult and 2 children. But with out mentioning anything about it, was shown up option to book the room. Room facility is average. Not much pleasent.

Next to highway, gap road, sites, botanical garden and city. Smooth journey to city. Top stay. Cool. Nice premises. Clean. Good stay.
